Old but Still Relevant?

I've been cleaning out my Favorites' list and came across this from years ago Evil Overlord - How Not To. I remember how it made me laugh.

Since then I've got into writing and still read - SF and Fantasy amongst other things - and it seems to offer some good advice. It made me laugh again too!
